It has been a very long time since I have last written. Mainly b/c I have had two losts in my life in the last few months and I wanted to give them the proper good-byes. But I am still working on that so for now I will post a picture of them both.

I will write more during this month about their loss which I may or may not post but it will be presented at a Bereavement Seminar which I was already scheduled to speak at this month.
